Senior year- Cross Country: 3rd place at state

5k-15:10 10th place at Nike regionals (1 second off nationals spot)

Jr year: 1st place at Footlocker West Regional Boys Junior Race.

2 mile: 9:37

800 meter: 2:02

5K- 16:18

Half marathon: 1:21

Sophmore year: we Won a state XC title for 4A in 2010. And went to regional's finishing 4th

Half Marathon: 1:29

injured most of all this year so no other times fast enough to report.

 

Freshman year:

1 mile: 4:53 

2 mile- 10:17 

5K- 17:45

Get in shape for college and stay injury free

Be on Varsity and help the Team do well.

Personal:

I just finished serving a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints this last june 2015. I served in the Laoag Philippines Mission and learned the Tagalog Language.

I will be running Cross Country and Track for Southern Utah University

had a workout today of 6x1000's with 2 min recovery. but my asthma has been coming back and the alergies so i was only able to do 3 and i couldn't breathe anymore.. sad day.

had another workout today since we dont have a race this weekend. (another workout friday) it was 2x(2x1600 4x200's). i was able to do the whole workout this time... supposed to hit 5:24 and 33's. my splits were 5:22, 5:26, 31, 32, 32, 31, 5:24, 5:22, 30, 31, 30, 30. so it was a much better workout. but it felt very hard to hit my time because my breathing is still methed up. i feel shin splints starting to come on my left leg.

we ran a workout of (2x600's, 3x400's, 4x300's, 2x600's) we hit all of our times right on and the workout felt really easy so thats good.
