Jr year: 1st place at Footlocker West Regional Boys Junior Race.

Sophmore year: we Won a state XC title for 4A in 2010. And went to regional's finishing 4th

Half Marathon: 1:29

injured most of all this year so no other times fast enough to report.

am: well earned stinkin nine! We did hills today, so we ran to foremaster (1.25mi) then did 4x400 (all the way up to the top) then 4x200 (half way up the hill). this was a very good work out for me, because each on i felt faster and faster which prolly means they were all the same time. i tried to go faster on each pole and that help me. then we cooled down going the long way around foremaster to get our milage and that was the worst cool down, i felt terrible and sick.
